Helpful FAQs

What types of fabrics and leathers do you work with?

We specialize in fine fabrics such as cotton velvet, velour, silk, and specialty textiles, as well as all types of leather - from classic to exotic. If you’re unsure about your material, we can assess it before cleaning or restoration.

Do you offer in-home services or do items need to be brought to you?

We provide both options. Many items can be cleaned or restored directly in your home, while others may require transport to our workshop for the best results.

How long does the cleaning or restoration process take?

Timing depends on the service and condition of the piece. Most in-home cleanings take a few hours, while full restorations may require several days. We’ll give you a clear timeline before starting.

Is your cleaning process safe for delicate materials?

Yes. We use specialized techniques and solutions designed to protect delicate fibers, dyes, and finishes while achieving a thorough clean.

Can you remove tough stains or odors completely?

In most cases, yes. While some stains or odors may be deeply set, our professional techniques target them at the source and greatly improve or completely remove them.

How often should I have my furniture or rugs cleaned?

We recommend a professional cleaning every 12–18 months, or more frequently for high-traffic pieces, households with pets, or allergy concerns.

Do you offer protection treatments after cleaning?

Absolutely. Our Scotchgard™ fabric protection helps repel spills and dirt, making it easier to maintain your pieces between professional services.

How do I prepare my furniture or rugs before your visit?

Simply clear personal items from the surfaces and surrounding areas. We’ll handle the rest, including moving light furniture if needed.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with you to ensure you’re satisfied with the results.

How much do your services cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the type of service, the size and condition of the piece, and whether the work is done on-site or in our workshop. We’re happy to provide a free, no-obligation quote once we know the details of your project.
